Dignity U Wear donates clothing to tornado victims

Dignity U Wear donated nearly $15,000 in new clothing for families devastated by tornadoes in Joplin, MO.

A Jacksonville nonprofit is teaming up with "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" for the fourth time in two years to provide new clothing to families.

On the show airing Jan. 13, the team will build seven homes in seven days; it typically builds one home in seven days.

Dignity U Wear was founded in 2000 and distributes brand new clothing it receives from manufacturers, distributors and retailers through a network of nonprofit agencies, schools and others throughout the country. Nationally, the organization has provided more than 6.6 million pieces, valued at $125 million, to more than 450,000 people.
